Please note that return or exchange claims are only valid if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. If you face any issues with your jewelry or are not completely satisfied, reach out to us immediately on the very first day via WhatsApp or email, and our team will guide you through a quick return process.
Please note that all shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging an item must be entirely borne by the customer. When sending an item back to our DJ Store outlet, you will be responsible for paying your own courier charges. Additionally, the original shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. In the case of an approved refund, the original delivery charges will be deducted from your total refund amount. We highly recommend packing the jewelry safely, as we cannot process refunds for items that are damaged or lost during the return transit.

We ship all over Pakistan and also offer overseas shipping for our international customers! For deliveries within Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options; however, please note that delivery charges must be paid in advance to confirm your COD order.
