2. Shipping & Late Delivery

  • Advance for COD: For Cash on Delivery (COD), delivery charges must be paid in advance via Easypaisa (03215897989).
  • Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours from our Rawalpindi outlet.
  • Late Shipping: While we strive for on-time delivery, DJ Store is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Discounts, Promo Codes & Sale Items

  • Promo Codes: Discount codes are valid for a limited time only and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased during a Sale or using a Promo Code are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & “Change of Heart”

  • 24-Hour Rule: Any refund or exchange claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Change of Heart: We allow exchanges if you change your mind within the 24-hour window, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed via Easypaisa.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer must pay all courier charges for returning an item or sending a replacement.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees (including advance delivery charges) are non-refundable.

  • Material Sensitivity: DJ Store sells artificial jewelry. We are not liable for any skin reactions or allergies caused by the materials used.
  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a technical error in pricing or stock availability on the website.
